D.E.B.T. Investigators, LLC, a local company, would like to announce to you that they will now help people and companies
prepare their documentation for housing court, get the papers served effectively and let them know when the hearing is and
email them the documents for their day in court.
“We have found that a lot of owners and
property managers don’t know how to prepare the paperwork to get the case filed, but are confident to go to the hearing
themselves,” said Erik Vakula, owner of D.E.B.T. Investigators, LLC. “In order to better serve
our clients who are in this position we have decided to offer our help and expertise in document preparation, service of process
and filing of the initial documents and the affidavits to make sure their day in court is a good one,” continued Mr.
Vakula.
“Our services for this document preparation, filing, service of process and
filing of the affidavits is priced pretty reasonably at $150.00. This price includes any county in the
metro area to include: Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, Scott, Carver, Wright, Sherburne and Anoka. Counties
outside of those will be negotiated as needed. We feel that this is a vital service for the individual
investor and the smaller property management company, both of which often are strapped for time, finances and expertise to
get this important aspect done properly and in a timely manner,” Mr. Vakula went on to say.
